    I have two queries:-

    i. My date of joining as an AT is 30/03/2006. Shall I get the pension benefit after retirement ?

    ii. Can u please provide me the G.O. regarding Study Leave for teachers in West Bengal ?

    I am a state govt. employee. I have completed 15 years of service. Due to severe illness I am unable to pursue my service further and desire to take VRS from service soon. Plz. provide the procedure of application and also my retirement benefits. Plz. reply soon . Urgent

    The calculation is correct.If 40% amount is commuted then the calculation will be(9,180×40%)x98.328

    Illustration:-

    For a service period of 20 years and last pay of Rs. 15,000/-, DA Rs. 3000/- retirement gratuity will be Rs. 2,97,000/-……….. plz clarify the calculation!!!

    My father’s total service life is 9 years 7 months 10 days. Someone said that, as per DCRB scheme there have a provision to condone upto 6 month by Govt. But after prayer to condone, Govt denied to pay pension. Is it possible? He retired in 2014 as assistant primary school teacher. Have there any exist Government order to get pension? Kindly advise whether he is eligible to get pension.
