All cases of transfer to foreign service or on deputation or utilization of services on detailment of any employee belonging to both the Common Cadres will be done purely on 'case to case basis' by the Cadre Controlling authority.
In case of transfer to foreign service or on deputation outside India, the consent of the Government employee shall be necessary to his transfer to such foreign service or on such deputation outside India.
This Scheme for Compassionate Appointment shall apply to a dependent family member of a Govt employee who - (a) dies while in service; or (b) is disabled permanently.
All the Departments are requested to make available to all offices under its control necessary allotment of fund within the last working day of the financial year 2013-2014 to square off the shortfall under various detailed heads for which bills were passed by the Treasuries/ Pay and Accounts Offices in anticipation of allotment of fund.
