I would like to know why state govt treat a mother(state govt.employee) and another mother(govt. Aided school’s employee) differently.
Does our Govt. Considers Govt. employees more valuable than the others…I just cant stand that..what do you think..Hnble members?

Ch.C.L. ought to be implemented for the male employees who are single parents. Does a child who has lost its mother not need care?
Actually it is a general notion that father is the ‘sponsorer’ while mother is the ‘care giver’ for a child. So, if such system is disturbed (for example: single parent) the provision of rule may be reviewed to make it more flexible, practical and meaningful as well as to sustain its original spirit.
I totally agree with you…but lets talk about the double standard stance of our state govt in treating govt. Employees and non govt./govt.aided employees(mothers)…let this matter be solved satisfectorily first..that was the topic too.
