Governor is pleased to introduce a new scheme of the Govt. of West Bengal, to provide a monthly financial assistance of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One thousand five hundred) only to the unemployed educated youth of this state aged between 21 to 40 years as on 01.04.2026.
