Dear Sir
I have been working as Executive Assistant (PB 7100-39600, GP-3600) (Direct Recruitment) under P&RD under West Bengal Govt. since 15.11.2011. Before accepting this job I was an Employee of University Of Kalyani as Junior Assistant (PB 7200-25400, GP-3300), under West Bengal Higher Education Department since 26.10.2006. My Last Basic Pay in University Service was 12200/- (PB+GP) when I resigned. But my current Basic Pay is 11380/- (PB+GP). Though my present job is higher than the previous. It is also mentioned that I have maintained full official process before applying/ taking this current job. My question is whether I can get the service continuation and pay protection benefit.
