I am a pensioner& handicapped.I am Very much dissatisfied with the procedures regarding claim settelments specially for those who like me stay at a distant place from Kolkata.Most of the time the clerical staff on duty not available when I reach or give 101 reasons for not getting it done.Can’t it be done Online/streamlined.

I want to know that 80% reimbursable cost is applicable to nonempanneled hospital/nursing home outside West Bengal ?

Sir,
I am a member of WBHS 2008 and my carrd valied up to my date of retirement.But I like to continue my health scheme after retirement also. Now , how it will be continue or what I have to do. Please intimate me.
