WHAT IS THE LEGAL AND LAWFUL WAY TO BREAK THE OMINOUS SILENCE OF THE MANAGING COMMITTEE IN APPLYING FOR FILLING UP THE VACANCY IN H.M. POST IN THE INSTITUTION ?

I want to fill up form for SSC (Asst.Teacher) for Bengali Medium school and i am a student of english medium.I have also Bengali as 1st language.Now i want to know that could i get question of child padeagry in english ? could i get question of my subject in english also?It is as per my option or not?
Is there any option at the time of form fill up?
