Governor has been pleased to decide that all State Government Pensioners who are not eligible for ad-hoc bonus shall be paid an ex-gratia of Rs. 2,900/- (Rupees Two thousand Nine hundred) only in lump per head.
Interest Free Festival Advance to West Bengal Govt. Employees, 2023
Governor has been pleased to accord sanction of Interest-free festival advance upto a maximum of Rs. 16,000/- only to State Government employees whose revised emoluments on 31.03.2023 exceeded Rs. 39,000/- p.m. but did not exceed Rs. 49,000/- p.m.
Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to State Government Employees, 2022-23
Governor is pleased to decide that the State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 39,000/- per month as on 31.03.2023 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus for the accounting year 2022-2023 at the rate of Rs. 5,300/- per head.
Govt. Office shall remain Open on 10.03.2023 (Strike)
In view of call given by some organisations for strike on the 10th March, 2023 it has been decided that all State Government Offices shall remain open and all the employees shall report for duty on that day.
Disbursement of Salary for the Month of September and October, 2022
Salary including Grant-in-Aid salary, Wages, remuneration, stipend, honorarium for the month of September and October, 2022 will be paid on 28th & 29th September, 2022 and 21st October, 2022 respectively.
Implementation of New CTS-2010 Cheques w.e.f. 01.09.2022
New CTS 2010 cheques, with security features required for digital clearance, will be printed by the Directorate of Treasuries and Accounts, West Bengal and the existing cheques available with the PAO/ Treasuries and the Deposit Account operators would be replaced by the new CTS 2010 cheque.
