So many investor or agent was shocked it….because this company is okk in every side…not like as sarada. This said by our chief agent. I am belong very poor family and invest 50000+ in this co. Hear chandannarar branch a new problem crated that main leader chandan choudury is hide and many chief agent like bimol roy ….and others play ihis setuation in lower agent or. lower investors. Yours commettees complain dt.is over. Soo i..am. and others public who invested this co. Will not desided that what now we do??? Plese help me. Please

Sub: I have submitted (Received Sl. No. : 621, Dt. 17th May 2013) my all relevant documents to The Justice Shyamal Sen Commission at Finance Centre-New Town to overcome this issue.
This is to inform you that I, Somnath Samanta, made an agreement to buy a flat at Saradha City (formerly Saradha Garden) in “Amrit” building (Flat no.: 3A) in Konchowki, Bhasa, Bishnupur, South 24Parganas from Saradha Realty India Limited (SRIL). The Agreement for Sale the flat made on 4th May 2011 and which had revised on 16th Mar 2012(Stamp paper issue date) at a cost of Rs. 16.04 lacks for 2 BHK flat (area 815 Sq.feet) with 2 (two) car parking area, which is still under construction. The land total area of “Amrit” building is 10.9 Khata. At the time of booking and agreement, I made a payment of Rs. 2.206 lacks in three installments and rest of the amount will be paid as per payment clause of agreement/home loan. Due to the non availability of Govt. Authority sanction building plan, I am not getting any Home Loan from any financial area.
Due to present engraving situation of Saradha Group, we are facing a big trouble and their Management employees has switched off their cell phone and closed their office. So I have submitted (Received Sl. No. : 621, Dt. 17th May 2013) my all relevant documents to The Justice Shyamal Sen Commission at Finance Centre-New Town to overcome this issue.
I am working in a private organizationand currently staying in a rented house in Tollygunge area. Looking at my present scenario kindly help me to get this flat as per agreement.

I’m an investor of ANNEX INFRASTRUCTURE INDIA LIMITED company ,I am from Sodepur , West Bengal. About 1,44,000/- rupees i (self) invested in Annex group of companies and about 60,000/- are invested said companies through me. They are presurise me day by day to refund their money but this huge amount is impossible to refund by me.So,please refund their principle amount as soon as possible and make me release me from this type of vorse condition.And i request to please give some information on the my email address of because no any informations are declared clearly.I want to say that the money will be refund as soon as possible.
I got an inform to you we are found a car reg. no. is WB-74-W-1447 (Car cost approx 11 lakh),and lather product(approx 2 lakh) have been stock .This matter know Gurpreet Sing Nagpal(Lather Project Coordinator),Title deed & paper have been Ratan Sutradhar a vast land property,cost is 1.5 crore approx.
This matter i was informed to Police Commissariat of Barrack pore as on 28/10/2013.
