October 3, 2016 at 4:47 pm #82025AnonymousInactiveAtlast I have been promoted from Basic Grade Typist Copyist to Grade I Typist Copyist on 1/6/2016 in pursuance of Judicial Department vide its letter No.10244-J dated 25/6/1993 corresponding to Finance Deptt. No. 3821-F dated 30/3/1984 and in terms of Clause (v) of G.O. no. 1583-F(P) dated 21/2/2012. But the post was lying vacant since 2007. After so many reminders from the year 2012 the order made on 1/6/2016 w.e.f. 1/6/2016. I am very financially looser for near about 9 years ( increments, payband, hra, d.a. etc. ). Can any one help me in this regard ?
October 3, 2016 at 6:29 pm #82026AnonymousInactiveThis is a very very difficult situation and a very few Establishments may have the expertise to handle such issues….actually, such schemes belong to the TIER PROMOTIONAL SCHEMES and this type of movements are more like ADVANCEMENT than PROMOTION for the obvious reason….implementation of such promotional policy requires ensuring desired ratio among the respective Cadres…. sometimes it was/is very difficult to attain the required ratio owing to the policy adopted by the Govt, i.e suspension of appointment to the vacancies in the feeder posts (here in Basic Grade Cadres)….Though the existing promotional policy for the employees belong to the relevant Cadres has not been altered but the Establishments may have hardly any scope to propose for promotion of the eligible employees if the number of the employees in the relevant cadres is not sufficient …. Now, come to your point Mr bdas….I can only extend my sincere empathy towards you for such a situation….There is a possibility that the promotional proposal may not be materialized owing to want of the required numbers in those cadres….But, the reality may be different…..so place your request to your DDO to address the instant issue…..A VERY BEST OF LUCK TO YOU…..

Since 2007 the number of post in this cadres were sufficient in my case. After 2011, one of our cadres retired . As per gradation I was entitled for Grade I from the year 2007 after demise of a senior cadre . Our office known well. But after so many reminders ( more about 5 ) the order comes to the effect from 1/6/2016. If there is any scope to make a grievance in this regard please help me by detailing the procedure
