3rd Arrear of ROPA 2009 Other than Govt Employees

Grant of Interest Free Festival Advance, 2011
State Government employee whose revised emoluments exceeds Rs. 20,000/- per month but did not exceed Rs. 28,000/- per month may be granted an advance up to a maximum of Rs. 2,000/- only.

Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to State Govt. Employees for 2010-11
State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 20,000/- per month as on 31.03.2011 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 2,100/- per head.

3rd Arrear of ROPA 2009 for State Govt. Employees
It has been decided that fifty percent of the third installment of arrear will be paid to the State Government Employees and the remaining fifty percent will be decided later.

Housing Loan – West Bengal Govt. Employees
After full repayment of the Housing Loan along with interest accrued thereon, Bank will return all requisite papers and Deeds/ Agreement duly mortgaged and deposited with them immediately along with complete loan recovery certificate.

Housing Loan for West Bengal Govt. Employee
The property being financed by the bank shall be placed under equitable mortgage by deposit of title deeds with the bank. Agreement deed for purchase of flat under construction, in original, shall be deposited to the bank before receiving loan.
