All bills, in respect of which payment is desired by 31.03.2014. should be presented to Treasuries so that the Treasury Officers may have sufficient time to make payment by that date.
Bills returned after 04.02.2014 up to 17.03.2014 shall be resubmitted within 7 days from the date of return and the bills returned between 18th & 24th March, 2014 shall be resubmitted within 27th March, 2014.

Governor is pleased hereby to make, with immediate effect the following amendments in the West Bengal Services (Secretariat Common Cadres of Deputy Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries) Rules, 1984.
PAR shall have the authority to transfer any Government employee belonging to the Common Cadre to foreign service or on deputation, or to utilize the services of a Government employee on detailment.
In case of transfer to foreign service or on deputation outside India, the consent of the Government employee shall be necessary to his transfer to such foreign service or on such deputation outside India.
Written permission has to be obtained well in advance before proceeding on leave. At least incumbent has to apply for permission of leave before 15 (fifteen) working days prior to proceed on leave to competent authority.
