Governor has been pleased to declare that all offices under the Government of West Bengal with few exception will be closed at 2:00 P.M. on 01.07.2016.
Debt Sustainability Certificate for Projects

No debt sustainability certificate will be given for multilateral funded projects/schemes which has not been given prior approval of the Finance Department.
Bonus/ Ex-gratia to Employees of Public UT, 2015-16

An ex-gratia grant of Rs. 3,500/- per head may be granted to the employees of Public Undertakings whose monthly emoluments is below Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Grant of Interest Free Festival Advance, 2016

Interest-free festival advance of Rs. 4000/- only may be granted whose revised emoluments on 31.03.2016 is in between Rs. 25,000/- and Rs. 36,000/- per month.
Ad-hoc Bonus to State Govt. Employees for 2015-16

State Govt employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 25,000/- per month will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 3,400/- per head.
Office shall be Closed for Jamai Sasthi, 2016

In view of celebration of Jamai Sasthi, all offices under the Govt. of West Bengal shall be closed at 2:00 p.m. on Friday the 10th June, 2016 except few.
Interim Relief to Re-Employed/ Contractual Pensioner

Fixation of remuneration for re-employed and contractually engaged State Government Pensioners/ Family Pensioners in view of grant of Interim Relief.
Refund of Tax/ Non-Tax Revenue incl. EMD/ SD Money

In respect of EMD/SD money, refund will be drawn on sanction of respective Departmental Officer in whose favour amount has been deposited through GRIPS portal.
Leave Rules of Employee while on Deputation

An employee of a non-vacation department while on deputation to a vacation department will be guided by the leave rules of the vacation department.
Grant of Interim Relief @ 8% to Pensioners

Governor is pleased to grant an Interim Relief @8% of the Basic Pension with effect from 01.07.2016 to the Pensioners/ Family Pensioners of West Bengal.
Grant of Interim Relief @ 10% of Band Pay

Calculation of Interim Relief will be on the Band Pay as on 01.07.2016 after allowing normal admissible increment. Any type of Allowance is not admissible.
Extension of Sixth Pay Commission, West Bengal

Term of office of the Chairman and other Members of the Sixth Pay Commission, West Bengal is extended for a further period of six months w.e.f. 27.05.2016.
Submission of Memorandum to 6th Pay Commission

Notice issued by 6th Pay Commission regarding extension of time for submission of memorandum by different Unions, Associations etc. containing their views.
Payment of Electricity Bills (CESC) using IFMS

In order to make online payment of electricity bills to the service provider, each DDO have to create Service Provider Master in IFMS separately for all electricity connections of CESC Ltd. for which bills are drawn.
e-Services for Employees (ESE) – Register Mobile No. for OTP

The e-Services for Employees (ESE) is a new functionality in HRMS module of IFMS which will be used by the employee to update personal information online as and when required.
Allotment of Fund for 2016-2017 (Vote-on-Account)

Administrative Departments may make allotment of fund relating to Non-Plan expenditure for Salary Items and Non-Salary Items up to 33% of the whole year’s budget provision.
