Revised Remuneration of Part Time Group-D Employees, 2025

Governor has been pleased to decide that the remuneration of the part time Group-D employees, employed throughout/not throughout the year, paid out of contingency shall be Rs. 5,000/- only per month with effect from 01.08.2025.

Submission of Declaration for Leave Travel Concession

Instructions in respect of such an employee, who has already availed Leave Travel Concession (LTC) in foreign country for self and or for any member of the family during the period from 01.11.2015 to till date.

Exemption of Earnest Money and Security Deposit for SSI units

Exemption from payment of Earnest Money and Security Deposit given to Small Scale Industrial (SSI) units under rules 47A(1) and 47B(7) of West Bengal Financial Rules, Volume-I is applicable to supply contracts only and not to works contracts.

Revised Provisions for Procurement through GeM

For purchase of Branded Articles and Proprietary Items through GeM, concurrence of Finance Department shall mandatorily be obtained as per FD’s Memo. No. 1956-F dated 04.04.2014 before placing the order on GeM.
