Child Care Leave in respect of Adopted Child
Governor has been pleased to decide to extend the Child Care Leave to the female Government Employees who legally adopted such child. All other conditions will remain same as in F.D Memo No. 9728-F(P), dated 24.10.2011 and No. 1364-F(P), dated 15.02.2012.

Change in Date of Birth in respect of Government Employees
Prayer for change in date of birth in respect of the Govt. Employees, will not be entertained, if the said prayer is not made in within the period of five years from the date of joining in the Government Service.

Compulsory recording of GIS subscriptions in the Service Book
GIS-subscriptions of the State Govt Employees are properly recorded in their Service Books and these records are verified positively by the respective Accounts Officers/Drawing & Disbursing Officers from time to time.

Revision of Pension of pre-01.01.2016 Pensioners under ROPA, 2019
Pension of the pre-01.01.2016 pensioners, in no case, shall be lower than 50% of the corresponding minimum of the revised pay structure under W.B.S. (ROPA) Rules, 2019.

Exemption of Earnest Money and Security Deposit for SSI units
Exemption from payment of Earnest Money and Security Deposit given to Small Scale Industrial (SSI) units under rules 47A(1) and 47B(7) of West Bengal Financial Rules, Volume-I is applicable to supply contracts only and not to works contracts.

Entry of Nomination and Family Details in HRMS
Nominations submitted through e-Services for Employee or entered in HRMS by the HOO Approver on behalf of the employee shall have to be approved by the Head of Office after proper verification.

Revision of Income Eligibility of Dependent Beneficiaries under WBHS
An amount of Rs. 8500/- for parent and Rs. 5000/- for other members of the family has been fixed as the maximum ceiling of gross income/ earning for becoming the dependent beneficiary under the Scheme.
